You got promoted. Your closet didn't.

A wardrobe that finally matches the level you’ve reached, communicates your authority, and gives you complete outfits for the meetings, conferences, and opportunities that matter.

For women in leadership and entrepreneurship who are suddenly showing up in bigger rooms. A promotion, a bigger role, a new company, more conferences, or simply being back in the room after years on Zoom.

Get a repeatable wardrobe system built around your body, your coloring, your personal style, and the rooms you're actually walking into, so you know exactly what to wear for the board meeting, the client dinner, the conference stage, and everything in between without starting from scratch every time something important lands on your calendar.

Dress for Impact is 12 weeks of wardrobe consulting for women in leadership and entrepreneurship!

IT’S NOT FUN TO ADMIT BUT

Your wardrobe hasn’t caught up with your career ...

You're leading bigger meetings, taking on more responsibility, meeting higher-level clients, traveling, speaking, or becoming more visible in your business, but you're still reaching for the same safe outfits you've worn for years.

Maybe your closet is overflowing and you still have nothing to wear. You bought the pieces, spent good money on a lot of them, and most of them just hang there.

Maybe it's the opposite. Years on Zoom left you in sweaters and jeans, and now you're in the office three days a week with a wardrobe that's dated or too casual for the room you're walking into.

Either way, when you actually need to get dressed, you still:

❌ Run to Banana Republic two days before an important conference hoping a new blazer will make you look more senior, and end up looking like an intern instead of a leader.

❌ Spend $300 on a printed blouse from Nordstrom and wear it with the same black pants because you don't know what else to do with it, and still get overlooked even though you have the most inherent knowledge in the room.

❌ Keep defaulting to the safe black blazer and pants because you know they're "professional."  and you've been told you lack executive presence.

You didn’t ignore the problem. You’ve already tried to solve it ...

YOU’VE TRIED...

Color Analysis

Now you know which colors supposedly look best on you, but you still don’t know what your actual wardrobe should look like, which pieces to buy, or how to put them together so you look like a senior leader instead of just a woman wearing the “right” colors.

YOU’VE TRIED...

Working with a Nordstrom stylist

You left with a few nice pieces, but they were chosen from what was available in the store that day, not as part of a strategy for your role, your personal style, and everything already sitting in your closet.

YOU’VE TRIED...

Building a Capsule Wardrobe

You bought the staple blazer, neutral pants, basic tops, and all the pieces every workwear list told you to own, but you still open the closet before a 9am leadership meeting and see the same five outfits, none of them built for the rooms you're walking into now.

YOU’VE TRIED...

Asking AI what to wear or what to buy

You got a list back, but you're still the one trying to figure out whether those recommendations actually suit your body, work with the clothes you already own, and communicate the level you want to be seen at professionally.

And this part is so frustrating

You make important decisions all day long. You shouldn’t feel completely lost standing in front of your closet.

You know how to lead a team, handle a difficult client, walk into a board meeting, or make decisions that actually matter. Yet somehow, getting dressed for those same rooms can still make you second-guess yourself.

You shouldn’t have to wonder whether you look senior enough, whether the outfit is “too much,” or whether everyone else somehow figured this out except you.

They didn't. The woman whose outfits you keep studying isn't better at this than you are. She has a system, or she has someone. Nobody gets handed this along with the promotion.

But what happens when you have a system of your own?

After 12 weeks, you have a wardrobe that:

💃 Gives you a clear plan for what to wear and how to put pieces together, so getting dressed stops taking up any real space in your head.

💃 Helps you look like the leader you are, so your appearance reflects your seniority and you stop feeling overlooked or junior.

💃 Feels modern, polished, and like you, so you look like yourself again instead of like a woman wearing a uniform to work.

💃 Gives them outfits they can rely on for meetings, conferences, presentations, and travel, so they can stop worrying about whether they have something to wear to the next important thing on their calendar.

AND NONE OF THIS COMES FROM BUYING MORE CLOTHES.

It comes from finally having a strategy for what belongs in your wardrobe, why it works for you, and how to put it all together.

Let me show you how.

Don't just take my word for it...

FIRST, MEET Lynette

Vice President & General Manager @ AT&T

“I feel so authentic”

I feel co authentic and confident on stage. I received so many complements as well. Thank you!

MEET Kayla

Director of Client Experience

“I  feel like an elevated version of myself.”

This skirt was the right choice. I feel confident and polished. You are brilliant.

I LEARNED THIS LESSON LONG BEFORE I STARTED DRESS FOR IMPACT...

At 28, I was the lead stylist on major sets and people still assumed I was the intern.

At the time, I had already gone from being the girl unpacking garment bags to running the wardrobe department on sets with celebrities like Selena Gomez, Sarah Hyland, and Irina Shayk.

I was pitching ideas to executives and deciding what huge stars would wear while showing up in jeans, T-shirts, and boots.

Then one day, someone meeting me for the first time assumed I was the intern....

I was so focused on proving myself through my work that I forgot my clothes were communicating my level too.

I knew I was the lead stylist. My team knew it. But this person meeting me for the first time had no idea what my title was or what I was responsible for. He could only go by what he saw.

After that, I started dressing for the job I actually had. I still looked like myself, but I showed up more put together and dressed for the level of responsibility I was carrying.

And the way people saw me changed.

People took me seriously. Nobody had to ask who was in charge, they could tell. And I was still standing on set for 14 hours in something I could actually work in. I just looked like I was running the department.

Years later, I started seeing the exact same disconnect in the women who came to me.

They were Directors, VPs, executives, founders, consultants, and business owners whose careers and businesses had grown, but whose wardrobes were still reflecting an earlier version of them.

They were doing senior-level work, walking into bigger rooms, and becoming more visible, yet they didn’t always feel like the way they showed up reflected the woman they had become.

And I knew exactly what that felt like.

For 15 years as a celebrity stylist, my job was to make sure my clients were seen exactly the way they needed to be seen.

For the last seven years, I've done the same work with women in leadership. Over 500 closets. Today, I help them do that for themselves.

By building a wardrobe that reflects their seniority, their personality, and the level they’re already operating at. The result is a wardrobe that lets them:

Know exactly what to wear and what to pack for the next meeting, conference, presentation, work trip, or client dinner, so they walk into those rooms looking as senior as the role they’re there to represent.

Build a wardrobe that feels modern, polished, and like them, while making sure the way they show up reflects the confidence, expertise, and leadership they already bring to the room.

Know what actually suits them and what belongs in their wardrobe, so every new purchase helps build an image that supports their seniority instead of another closet full of clothes that don’t.

AND THAT’S THE PART THAT MATTERS MOST.

Their clothes stop making people underestimate them and start reinforcing the authority, competence, and seniority they already have.

Trust me, it’s not as hard as you’re making it.

You need to know what actually works for you, which pieces will create the image you want, and how to turn them into complete outfits you can wear in the rooms you’re actually walking into all in 3 steps:

STEP ONE

 BUILD THE FOUNDATION

Define your leadership image and get clear on how you want to be seen.  Define the colors, silhouettes, fabrics, patterns, and styles that work for your body, personality, and professional life.

STEP TWO

 ORGANIZE & IMPLEMENT

Go through your closet, decide what stays, what no longer works, and what’s missing, then strategically add the right pieces to build a complete leadership wardrobe.

STEP THREE

ELEVATE YOUR LOOK

Learn how to style your existing and new pieces together and build complete outfits for the meetings, conferences, presentations, work trips, client dinners, and everything else your professional life requires.

Don't just take my word for it...

FIRST, MEET Mallory

Clinical Data & Analytics Leader

“My boss asked me to stand in for him at a conference. ”

I got the proof my manner of dress was important bc within an hour of meeting me in person, my boss asked me to stand in for him at a conference.

FIRST, MEET Stacey

President at Sundance Lending Company

“I feel good”

I went to a chamber event today. And three different people asked me if I was the speaker"

I PROUDLY INTRODUCE TO YOU...

Plus, You’ll Get:

3 months of Weekly Consulting Sessions

Each week, we’ll work together live on Zoom so you can get personalized feedback and support as you build your wardrobe.

Together, we’ll:

→ Edit your closet in real time so you can make decisions about what stays, what goes, and what’s missing with my guidance.

→ Shop together so you know exactly what to buy, where to look, and which pieces are actually worth adding to your wardrobe.

→ Try on new and existing pieces together to check the fit, proportions, and different ways you can style them.

→ Get feedback on your outfits for upcoming meetings, conferences, presentations, work trips, client dinners, or anything else on your calendar.

The consulting sessions are held once a week on Zoom in a small-group format, with plenty of personalized 1:1 time for every member.

You can keep figuring out your wardrobe one important event at a time:

But here's what that's actually costing you

❌ Being perceived below the level you’re actually operating at. You can have the most experience in the room and still walk in looking more junior, get overlooked, or have your executive presence questioned before anyone has experienced how good you are at your job.

❌ 7+ hours every month figuring out what to wear. If you spend just 20 minutes every workday changing outfits, staring at your closet, or trying to make something work, that’s almost 90 hours a year spent thinking about clothes.

❌ $3,000+ a year on temporary wardrobe fixes. A $300 blouse from Nordstrom. A $250 blazer two days before a conference. A next-day order for the panel on Friday. The money adds up, but your wardrobe still doesn’t.

❌ A closet full of clothes with only three outfits you actually trust. You keep investing in individual pieces, but every meeting, conference, presentation, and work trip still sends you back to the same few combinations.

         VS

or 12 weeks from now

This is what it looks like when your wardrobe finally catches up to the career you’ve built:

💃 Your wardrobe will reinforce your seniority before you even start speaking, so you walk into the room looking like the executive making the decisions, not the assistant there to support her.

💃 The money you spend actually builds something. That $250 blazer or $300 blouse fills a specific gap, works with multiple pieces you already own, and becomes part of complete outfits you can wear again and again.

💃 Your entire closet will start working as a wardrobe, with pieces that connect, complete outfits you know how to wear, and more than three looks you trust.

💃 You say yes to the conference, the panel, the client dinner, and the networking event because you already have outfits that work for those rooms and look like the level you’re there to represent.

LET'S BE HONEST

We all know this won’t work for everyone...

The program won’t work for you if...

❌ You want to hand your wardrobe over to a stylist and have someone do everything for you. Dress for Impact is for women who want expert guidance, but also want to understand what works for them and learn how to make those decisions themselves.

❌ You’re only looking for a shopping list or a few new outfits. We’re not fixing what you wear to one conference or buying another five pieces. We’re building the strategy behind your entire professional wardrobe.

❌ You’re completely happy with how your wardrobe represents you professionally. If you already feel your clothes reflect your seniority, personality, and the level you’re operating at, you probably don’t need this program.

❌ You have no interest in being intentional about how you’re perceived. This work is for women who understand that when they walk into an executive meeting, meet a new client, speak at a conference, or represent their company, how they show up visually is part of the message.

&

The DRESS FOR IMPACT program is perfect for you if...

✅ Your career has moved forward, but your wardrobe hasn’t. You’ve been promoted, stepped into a bigger role, grown your business, returned to more in-person work, or become more visible, and the clothes that worked three or five years ago no longer feel right for where you are now.

✅ You have a closet full of good clothes but still rely on the same three outfits. You’ve bought the blazers, pants, blouses, and dresses, but you still don’t know how to put everything together into complete outfits that feel like you and look senior enough for your role.

✅ You want to be seen at the level you’ve already earned. You’re done looking more junior than you are, being overlooked despite your expertise, or wondering whether your wardrobe is communicating the authority and competence you bring to the room.

✅ You’re tired of figuring it out one event at a time. You don’t want another panic-shopping trip before a conference, presentation, client dinner, or work trip. You want a wardrobe that is already prepared for the professional life you actually have.

✅ You want a strategy you can use long after these 12 weeks are over. You want to understand what works for your body, coloring, personal style, and professional image, what belongs in your wardrobe, and how to turn those pieces into complete outfits yourself.

 BE HONEST

How  much longer are you going to keep working around a wardrobe that no longer works for your career?

You’ve probably known for a while that something needs to change.

Maybe you’ve been telling yourself you’ll deal with it after the promotion, before the next conference, when work slows down, when your body changes, or when you finally have time to go through your closet.

But the meetings keep coming. The trips keep getting booked. The invitations keep landing on your calendar. Your visibility keeps increasing.

And you’re still standing in front of the same closet trying to figure out what to wear.

Most of my clients don’t come to me because they suddenly started caring about clothes.

They come because they’re tired of spending money without solving the problem, tired of dressing below the level they’ve reached, and tired of having their wardrobe become another thing they have to figure out every time something important comes up.

Here’s the truth:

You don’t need to become more successful before you start dressing like the level you’ve already reached.

You already have the title. The expertise. The experience. The responsibility.

You don’t need to change your personality, dress like another woman in your industry, or suddenly become someone who wears a navy suit every day just because that’s what you think a leader is supposed to look like.

You need to understand what leadership looks like on you.

What colors, silhouettes, fabrics, and pieces feel like you while still communicating the level you’re operating at.

What belongs in your wardrobe now.

And how to put it all together so when the next board meeting, conference, client dinner, presentation, or opportunity lands on your calendar, your wardrobe is already ready for it.

You can spend another six months trying to figure that out one purchase and one event at a time, or you can build it with me over the next 12 weeks inside Dress for Impact.
